Skycreates launches CryptScope to discover, visualize and assess cryptography in enterprise systems ahead of PQC migration

Skycreates Inc. has launched CryptScope, a platform that continuously discovers and visualizes the cryptography used in enterprise systems, supporting cryptographic inventory management, risk assessment, crypto agility and migration to post-quantum cryptography (PQC). The service is available from October 8, 2026, and we have issued a press release on PR TIMES (in Japanese).

Background

Migrating to PQC starts with knowing which cryptography is in use today and which systems and applications are affected. If you don't know what is in use, you can't know what to migrate. Keeping a continuously updated cryptographic inventory matters both for today's risks and for future PQC migration and algorithm changes.

Key features

  • Discover and visualize cryptography: collects certificates, keys, TLS settings, algorithms and cryptographic libraries from servers and cloud environments. On Linux servers, observing live TLS traffic reveals usage that configuration alone does not show.
  • Continuous cryptographic inventory: tracks usage and configuration changes, and can organize the results as a CBOM (Cryptographic Bill of Materials).
  • Risk assessment and prioritization: evaluates findings against public standards such as CRYPTREC and NIST to show what needs attention first.
  • Crypto agility: identifies what is affected when algorithms or security requirements change, and supports the necessary changes.
  • PQC migration: uses the inventory to identify the algorithms and systems in scope and helps prioritize the work.

What's next

Alongside Japan, we are expanding to overseas markets, working with MSPs, MSSPs, system integrators and resellers as well as directly with enterprises. CryptScope is available both as SaaS and on-premises.
